About Me
I’m a counsellor with over ten years’ experience supporting people and families who are dealing with complex emotional and behavioural challenges. Before moving into counselling, I served in the Royal Australian Air Force, an experience that shaped a calm, grounded way of working, especially when situations feel intense or uncertain.

I hold a degree in Human Services with a major in Counselling, as well as an MBA, and I’m a long-standing registered member of the Australian Counselling Association. My approach is structured and nervous-system-informed, with a strong focus on safety, regulation, and making sense of what’s happening.

I work gently but directly, taking time to understand each person’s situation and saying only what’s useful. My aim is to help people feel steadier, clearer, and more capable — both during sessions and in everyday life.

Clarity, safety, and steady support,
Especially when things feel overwhelming.
